Although we primarily want to be an Outfitter Business providing a support and a connection to private land owners, bottom line we want to provide for your needs. And that means making sure a license guide is available.
A license guide must:
Pass a State Police Background Check - $20.00
Be certified to provide first aid and CPR - $90 to 110.00
Apply to Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife for an annual guide license and carry it - $150.00
Have completed Hunter Safety Education and possess what we call the "orange" card - $15.00 for the online certificate
Guide helpers must also meet the same requirements and be under the direct supervision of a licensed guide (and be on our permit application)
